Design of Flexible Drilling and Milling Tool for Composite Wing Beam of Aircraft

چکیده

Abstract To solve the disadvantages of traditional processing tooling, such as long cycle, low production efficiency, and easy deformation during large-size composite wing beams, a drilling milling tooling for flexible positioning beams multiple types aircraft is proposed based on structural characteristics manufacturing technology requirements certain type spar combined with design technology. And modular mobile clamping unit automatic control designed. Then practical problems difficult vibration are solved by tool. The results current helpful to improve efficiency shorten period beams.
